Absolutely, we understand that plans can change. Here's our cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellations made up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Please note the processing fee will be always non-refundable.
  2. Full payment is required 30 days before your arrival date, and there will be no refunds after this point.
  3. Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures.

Please keep in mind that certain vacation rental properties may have longer cancellation policies, especially during peak periods. You can review the specific policies for your reservation by checking the listing online when you make your booking.

Smoking inside any of our vacation rental properties is NOT permitted, including outdoor patio and balcony spaces.  Designated smoking areas are marked at the complexes if smoking is permitted outdoors. Please show consideration for others by using appropriate containers for ashes and cigarette butts. Let's keep the air clean for everyone to enjoy!

While we adore our furry friends, please be aware that not all our vacation rentals are pet friendly. For details on pet policies, we recommend checking the dedicated section in our vacation home listings or reaching out to us directly for a list of available pet-friendly rentals. We kindly request your understanding that unauthorized pet stays will incur a $500 fee to cover deep cleaning after your departure.

Booking your stay is a breeze. You can either make reservations directly on our website or get in touch with our knowledgeable agents for a seamless booking experience.

Securing your stay is simple. To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit using a major credit card is required. Once your deposit is successfully processed, we'll send a confirmation via email. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your check-in date, and we accept payments through VISA, Mastercard, or American Express. Please note that we do not accept cash, debit cards or personal checks as payment methods.

The minimum age requirement for renting a vacation property is 25 years old.

Pack your bags and relax. When you stay with us, all our vacation rental properties come fully equipped with the essentials, including sheets, linens, bath towels, dishes, glassware, and cookware. You'll also find a starter supply of kitchen products, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and fabric softener. As well as some bathroom amenities. Please note, these are starter supplies to get you set up but are not replenished. We can provide additional supplies upon advance request, fees apply.  And, depending on the homeowner, you might discover some delightful extra surprises included at no additional charge.

Check-in officially starts at 4:00 p.m. on your arrival day. We're committed to having your vacation rental ready by 4:00 p.m. as a top priority. However, in rare instances, unforeseen circumstances like extra cleaning or maintenance may be necessary, causing a slight delay. Rest assured, we'll promptly reach out to you the moment your vacation rental is prepared and awaiting your arrival.

Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. As you prepare to check out, kindly gather all used towels and place them in the tub or shower. Don't forget to load and start the dishwasher, clear any remaining trash from the unit, ensure the door is securely locked, and, if applicable, return the keys to our office. Your cooperation helps us maintain our vacation rentals at their best.

Yes, all our properties are equipped with complimentary wireless internet. Instructions for connecting to the Wi-Fi network can be found in your vacation rental.
