Our team will provide you with a digital Owner Portal for you to reserve the dates that you wish to use your vacation property. Once you have selected all the dates that you are intending to use, we go to work to rent out the rest. The more weeks you make available during peak periods, the more profitable rentals you will receive.
Our expert team operates a reservations department, fully- equipped maintenance department, housekeeping department, and a team of guest service agents eager to assist owners and guests alike. Whether it’s a burnt-out light, an after-hours noise complaint or assistance with arrangements for a special occasion, the Sun Peaks Property Management team is here to help.
We manage the entire rental process from start to finish. It begins with our team matching guests to your vacation rental and responding to any inquiries. We take care of all payments, directions, additional information and even provide a 24/7 emergency line for guests. You sit back and relax!
Our team conducts a comprehensive inventory assessment to guarantee that your property meets the highest standards for guest satisfaction and efficient management services. Your vacation rental must be furnished with an ample supply of cooking utensils, plates, glassware, and other essentials to accommodate the maximum occupancy. Additionally, all properties are required to feature essential appliances, functional internet, at least one television, and washer/dryer facilities.
Safety supplies must be readily available and clearly marked within the rental, including fire extinguishers, operational fire alarms, a first aid kit, and flashlights to prepare for potential power outages. To enhance the appeal of your property and attract repeat guests, we recommend considering optional inclusions like bicycles, games, additional televisions with streaming capabilities, pool tables, and more. These additional amenities can contribute to more frequent rentals and the loyalty of returning guests.
SPPM has a commission fee based on room revenue. The revenue split is 60/40 in favor of Owners. There are no extra fees for onboarding or starting up.
